- No physical goods are shipped.
2. All Sales Are Final
- Because domains and websites are unique digital goods, all sales are final.
- There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
3. Transfer of Ownership
- After payment clears, we will begin the transfer process.
- You must provide a valid registrar account (for domains) and/or hosting credentials (for websites).
- Transfers typically occur within 3 business days, but may take longer depending on your registrar/host.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
- You must ensure your registrar or hosting provider is ready to accept the transfer.
- You are responsible for maintaining the domain renewal fees and hosting after transfer.
- We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party registrars, hosts, or your account setup.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Once a domain or website is transferred, all risk and responsibility passes to you.
- We are not liable for business outcomes, traffic, or revenue associated with the idea/domain after transfer.
- Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the purchase price paid.
6. Disputes
- By purchasing, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes directly with us before opening a case with PayPal, your bank, or your registrar.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
